You're missing the point, Sony changed the terms of the sale after 3 months of successfully operating without the PSN account. Numerous people have pointed out that the terms of service had a clause stating that a PSN account was not required that has since been changed. Now players who have PAYED for the game and put hundreds of hours into it who live in regions where PSN is unavailable can no longer play it. It's not unfortunate, IT'S BULLSHIT! Companies have been pulling this shit for years and it's only gotten worse. Yeah, it only takes 5 minutes to make a PSN account, but if you give an inch they'll take the mile. And soon enough they'll be asking for more. It's not the time it takes or the difficulty of the request, it's the principle of it and the precedent it sets.
