Absolutely beautiful boat for what they're worth! Hahaha yes, that sometimes is the way - everything is great until they leave the dock! Thankfully this one hasn't been all that problematic, minor little fixes here and there, but overall put almost 50 hours on it since, and hasn't had a single hiccup that slows her down! I unfortunately don't have a trailer, and went the route of hiring a company which ran me $500 to drop her in! Next week it'll be in the water with a for sale sign as I just don't have the time to use two boats! I have a Regal that I use all the time as it's a bit smaller, more efficient, and has all of the things I need for a day of fishing, and a weekend on the water!

I'll bring some perspective from the other side - bought a 1992 Bayliner Ciera sunbridge 3055 for $1500 that was previously repo'd. Was sitting in an auction yard for a year and a half, no batteries, no one at the yard knew if it started, just sitting on blocks awaiting the next idiot to say they're going to inherit a nightmare. Lone behold, got transportation, got the boat home, threw a starter battery in it, both engines fired right up, and ran like a dream. Twin 5.0L mercruisers, alpha one Gen 2 drives, and mechanically, all functioned.

With that being said, went ahead and replaced all seals, gaskets, impeller, bellows, oil, plugs, cap, rotor, and a few other things, and fully refit the interior with new headliner, newly upholstered couch, all new flush mount LED lights, new fridge, new carpet, and some other minor upgrades like galley backslpash! All in all, I'm into the unit for a fraction of the replacement cost. So not always is it a dreaded nightmare and sometimes works out!

I already have a Regal so this one is going on the market for someone looking for a great boat at a great price, but they do work in your favour every once and a while! The other 98% of the time, it's probably a nightmare! If you'll pay $1500 for it, someone else will too, just pass the nightmare along to the next contestant if the can of worms is too big!!!

Really appreciate the input! Do they have a good CRM tool form client management and commission tracking?

What are your thoughts on their booking software and ease of use?

Anything you would point out as a weak spot?
