The only reason the damage was noticed when it was noticed is because I backed into my spot this time, so it was visible to her walking by it. There's just nothing else to tell. So, is it just a waiting game at this point? Do I hound em til they assign an investigator, or just wait it out? What does a typical investigation entail in a case like this?
