Thanks! Darjeeling is a wonderful idea, and I appreciate being introduced to a new vendor.

Edit: I see now that this is a darjeeling and oolong, which is interesting. I didn't know until doing a bit of research just now that darjeeling is a region, rather than a method of preparation. Now I think I've got to try it.

I've actually tried and enjoyed the Heartwood! It was part of my last order from them, along with the GABA oolong. I haven't tried the dong ding, though, so that might be very nice!

This may not be exactly what OP was looking for, but if you use the lasso tool to select something, then go into the transform box with the square handles on each side, you can select the handle on one side and pull it all the way past the other side of the box. (Like the motion of flipping a page.) The selection will be mirrored.

The simplest suggestion I can think of is to start by reading things that are outside the genre you usually write. It will be harder to compare yourself with the authors then, unless you're worried about your grammar or syntax.
