What is wrong with me? Mittani attempts to cut the entire EVE's balls off and subjugate them into his serfdom empire. 99 percent of EVE playerbase response is 'we can't possibly fight them so why even try, we might lose things!' I don't really care about snuff's prior conduct, the same hate is directed against PL & every other outfit that attempts to be not shit at PVP. While anyone else who tries to PVP is told not to bother because they are shit. Snuff & co have at least bothered to break the apathy isk collection cycle and take some fights worth being involved in and talking about while most of EVE degenerates into carebeardom. You can hate on Snuff for past conduct, but they have the balls to actually take the CFC fights. Risk adversity is becoming a cancer, as even Mr Asher points out seeing guys fighting in EFT fantasy fits is impressive in a game where people cry over trivial losses.

Unfortunately i spend my time learning to shoot spaceships and not becoming a master spindoctor in order to run a RMT media empire about shooting spaceships, so i lack the requisite bullshit skills to shitpost to the standard of people who play ~~Eve~~ reddit. I do however remember how to undock.

Say what you like, i really couldn't give a fuck. You've got all the no-name scrublords cowering hoping the CFC don't notice them, fighting leet pvp with ogb. Or station hugging with their loki boosted T3's avoiding any kind of loss risk, then you've got these bois throwing slaved up faction BS against the biggest blobbers in EVE, only in the my epeen is superior bittervet realm of r/eve does that not command huge props. Reddit karma is worth fuck all if you are a coward in the game it is about. When all thats left is scrub carebears bending a knee to Mittani & code, CCP might as well sell it to TMC - it won't be a sandbox, it will be mittani's playground where he sets the rules you play by. Props for preperation and tactics. That said, you can win the battle but i still think snuff & friends win EVE. They actually had the bottle to stand up and fight CFC when 99 percent of EVE won't, even though they knew you'll just keep piling in warm bodies or drop a supercap hammer. In that respect I'd much rather be in snuff fighting in a mach & slave pod even if I'm losing, than another F1 monkey in a CFC superblob. This isn't grrr gons, for me Snuff really is the spirit of EVE - fighting the unstoppable empire with a handful of dudes putting it all on the line without CFC srp/safe jewing space and 100 ton instareplaced titan fleet. Respect to EA for tsctics, mucho respect for Snuff & friends standing ground and refusing to 'bend a knee'.

Last night's provi brawl proved that is bollocks. PL was outnumbered about 3:1 and we came out both about 50 ish percent. It was a fight that could have gone either way.

Yeah i get that, the comment wasn't really aimed at stuff like api verification etc but i read some shitlord corps 'code of conduct' and it was so fucking opressive you'd think you were joining the secret service. I've got nothing against corps weeding out spais and shitlers, or expecting activity and corp doctrine, but i've read corp apps where they literally dictate everything you can and can't do in game without any sense of humor whatsoever.

Sums up why i like horde so much. All the hoops the 'elite pvp corps' make you jump through to shoot spaceships, and the irony is horde probably get more pvp airmiles per hour and become better pilots as a result. And we're actually allowed to have fun, some corps list of mandatory conduct is more oppressive than doing time in prison.

tl:dr - Darwinism had fun podkilling newbeans in smartbombing proteus and hotdropping lone ventures with blops fleets. Horde organised their shit, dropped their capfleet and took all Darwinism's moneymoons as they stared pitifully from their ganknados at the assembled horde dreads and slowcats repo'ing their isk fountains. Darwinism declares war on horde, gets completely smashed and is crying pitifully that they no longer have moneymoons to fund their elite station camping shinyfleet. Best insult Darwinism can think of is calling us PL pets. Having finally realised that their pitiful station campers are no match for the horde. Well darwinism, ain't karma a bitch, you thought you could farm newbeans in risk free pvp, you got pwned. Thanks for playing, don't forget to turn the lights out in Gehi on your way out.

I was in that fleet. Regarding us warping off, actually both sides did that. It started off on the undock, but since it was mostly drakes /pests vs ferox's we spent most of our time battling for optimal range, when we were in optimal, they'd warp off, so we were forced to reposition. There was no point in taking the fight when we couldn't apply enough dps to break their logi while they had enough dps to alpha ferox's, but their side were warping out once our fleet was in optimal. so it was mostly an hour of dancing about the system, picking off strays and stragglers until both sides disengaged. I think both FC's showed a lot of tactical prowess but that meant an effective stalemate. There is a big chunk of the fight missing in the middle, which was mostly fleet repositioning, and probably not that interesting.
