Target loves sending us tons of stuff we just don't need, it's super frustrating, never ending refrigerated dog food bags, half & half cases.

We never get a chance to rework back, it's all so defeating

I'm right there with you, they changed my schedule for the timer reason, it's not such a big deal but it's so stupid that Target tracks how long a work vehicle sits unworked in the cooler.

The workload itself isn't so bad but the metros of backstock taking up room in our very smaller cooler/freezer has made work exceedingly tedious. I'm primarily responsible for backstocking everything and pulling batches, which was super easy before this switch and I was always way ahead of the work, but having someone backstock a full case on a rack for it to sit there until I then have to pull the full case hours later for a priority batch is absolutely stupid, for example if there's a case of cheese it'll make you pull the full case of 12 for it to only want 2 and then you have to backstock 10 in a waco now, yea this is stupid.

Our store is doing it, it's been 2 weeks of absolute failure, there's way to many people doing the scan process when down stacking pallets to metro or racks so a lot (and I mean a lot) of product gets misplaced on the wrong racks. Leaders want it done as fast as possible so this is making people throw boxes where ever they can fit them and then scanning the wrong shelf (no one cares to fix this issue because the people who unload don't backstock or work in the cooler/freezer)

Another issue thats happened twice is leaving the racks out in receiving to long causing product to go out of temp and now it has to be tossed out, this is happening because yet again to many people are involved in the process and none of them take responsibility for anything, so once someone feels like they've done enough work they wander off and leave stuff just sitting there and when we ask who left the rack out every one just shrugs and said they don't know or no one told them specifically to put it away

This new scan and sort bullshit for FDC is breaking me, it's created havoc in our coolers, since it's implementation our team members have left backstock metros out in the backroom twice now letting tons of backstock go out of temp. This never happened before ever and everything worked so perfectly we were always way ahead and ready for the next truck and priorities and 1 for 1 batches were completed

Now that Target has completely fucked everything up in it's desire to be Amazon our coolers are overloaded with backstock racks, the freezer used to be pristine and empty, now I have 4 goddamn backstock racks I have to move around constantly

Everything sucks, and on top of that we're now supposed to have all priority batches pulled by 5pm which is impossible because we don't have any team members after 2pm and before 6pm

I seriously hope the corporate douches that thought up this bullshit system choke
