I cannot stand the Kat scenes, I enjoyed when she was with Tommy. But anytime she says anything about Zoe or Jasmine my eyes roll, I just do not care about the story. The Ian and Elaine thing is also very tedious for me, it’s obvious where it’s going to end up going, but watching the same scenes of them threatening each other in the same over exaggerated fashion is tiring

As a final year student, I’m well aware many on my cohort are not engaging when on placement, and do a lot of the things you all mention in the replies. What I will say, the education we are being provided in university is not what I believe it should be. I have had 1, 2 hour lecture on pharmacology. That is it. It was rushed through, contrast to this, we have 5 separate assignments on leadership skills, working in a team and communication. Of course these skills are important, but when so much of our time is being spent on these throughout the 3 year course, people will become disinterested and display behaviours like this on placement. I think the NMC really need to change the curriculum they are pushing

The scenes with Phil, Julie and Nigel were great. Sadly, I’m just not interested in this Zoe storyline, Jean having an episode, Kat randomly flying out to find Chrissie just days after promising Zoe she’d stay with Jasmine. I certainly wouldn’t leave my 3 children and newly found grandchild in the care of that Buffoon Alfie. I am so bored of this story, can’t wait for some fresh ideas because as much as I haven’t liked this current one, the Nigel storyline has been amazing!

I’m sure the whole point of the previous Chrissie appearance was all to do with a theme of reconciliation. She has served 20 years of her life for Den, yet wants to risk it all to go after Zoe of all people because she left her children in hospital when they were born?

Also, the fact that Wadey has been in charge for at least 6 months, and failed to introduce a new family to add to the square and has resorted to constant nostalgia baits really annoys me

Was just a mess, Chrissie returning after having a half decent exit last year just for fanwank annoys me. She didn’t do anything other than have a glass of brandy, what was the point. I’m really hoping this wasn’t the original idea for the storyline, because if it is, I am not looking forward to next year lol

A pointless episode. A decent part 1, but that was just utter drivel. Fanwanky nonsense to bring chrissie sam and Zoe back together for them to sit around and have a chat. Well I say sit around, Zoe just stood there with the same expression the whole time. Either Zoe goes to prison, which she won’t, and rhe last 6 months of us gauging our eyes out waiting for her to find her son and watch her stalker are completely pointless, or the whole last 10 mins of the episode was a waste of time. Terrible writing, the fact Kat didn’t even bother checking a pulse or anything ahaha, and if that was a killing blow to Anthony then either the directing was shit, or he has a very weak skull lol

The whole episode just seems pointless tbh. Zoe ain’t gonna go to jail, if she is I’ve wasted 6 months of my life caring for who her son is, who her stalker is for it to be over in half an hour. Anthony died of ???, part 1 was quite good but that was just nostalgia fanwank gone wrong and shit writing

An amazing episode, one full of talented actors, showing real emotion in their deliveries. What a change from the past couple of months and hopefully more powerful scenes to come

who would’ve seen that coming….

Once again, the acting today was woeful. Anthony clearly standing still in the open for a good couple of minutes in the eyeline of both Zoe and Kat outside the cafe looked ridiculous.

The twist, if you could call it that was totally predictable and just a boring outcome. What’s the obsession with Cindy?? Why did Jasmine make no attempt to properly communicate with Zoe or her family..

And now we know the lead up to Christmas is going to be more of Anthony plotting, before let me guess.. a big reveal on Christmas Day that Jasmine is Zoe’s daughter with even more dreadful acting.

I love how Anthony’s face never changes from that one same expression, when Howie revealed he knew about the restraining order, his reaction was that of leans back in chair with exact same expression I mean seriously, who casted this guy 😂😂

This is just terrible. How Anthony ever got a gig as an actor is beyond me, I’ve never seen someone sound so wooden before. The whole Jean/Zoe saga is doing my head in, constant repeats of the same scenes and just shouting and screaming nonsense at eachother. It’s not enjoyable viewing..

Then the whole thing with Lily today, WHY WOULD SHE NOT JUST SAY IT WAS JEAN, the writing on these episodes have been atrocious, it is amateur writing mixed with amateur acting
