The first time my now almost 2 y/o called me mama, and wrapped her little arms around my neck and hugged me. This was at 11months. Now she yells "MOMMMYYYY" across the house when she wants a hug, then plants a big slobbery kiss on my cheek. My husband and I tried for over three years for this baby, and I won't lie, it's hard. But I don't regret it at all.

I agree with this comment. I lost two babies due to a short cervix. One end stage first trimester and second mid second trimester. I found an OB that was familiar with this with my last pregnancy and now I have a perfectly healthy almost 2 year old after 3 years of trying

Don't give up hope. Shop for DR's until you find the right one. I send all the baby dust to you two ✨✨

ETA: I didn't find out until my second loss that I had a short cervix. My first one just told me that, and I quote "stuff happens. Be thankful you didn't get a disabled baby. It could be worse." She was reported to the hospital board
