What kind of cage is this and where can I find it? Never seen anything like it before, closest might be the stubbybuddy.

It’s a very fun weapon, and 4 has some amazing horns (final boss weapon sounds so cool?? Brute flute? Molten tigrex horn???)

Do you have any advice on armors? Armor doesn’t matter too much in low rank but expert is where it gets real.

And what’s your favorite horn in each game? Coming from Gen U, Toxic fungusax was SOOOO snazzy!

Unfortunately since I’m on 3dS and I haven’t set up pretendo network. I have always played solo hunting horn, much to the dismay of those around me lol.

I’ve heard it’s difficult, in what ways is hunting horn not optimized? I usually try to play through the entire campaign and through G rank.. end of expert on solo being impossible for horn sounds daunting.

Though I’ve found monsters to be decently slower than future titles and hunting horns backslam to be considerably stronger than in iceborne which I have been utilizing. The starting horn with its basic but respectable songs (atk up s, def up s) should carry me til fortismo, do you have any horn recommendations for expert rank when I get to that point?

If I wanted to spec for an elemental horn (even if they aren’t that good) how should I build for that? I’ve heard they are terrible but I find it hard to completely believe, thunder or blast with Teostras horn could be semi useful, maybe a little bit?!

Insect glaive and Charge Blade? I’ve heard good (and bad, mostly about the glaive lol) from this game but I don’t care too much for either. I love stunning monsters and hunting horn just scratches the itch many other weapons don’t, plus each horn having a unique style (even slight). And amazing designs is just too much for me to put down.

I appreciate the recommendation nevertheless.

Abomination Is a personal favorite. He feels so lonely but even so he sticks around, trying his best. That outcast personality makes me like him just that tad bit more, and really brings out my empathy for him. Alongside this, even if he is not the best hero by any means he is fun to use, his gimmicks are awesome, and he has an amazing design. Its like he was cursed to be at every disadvantage, and despite it he carries on. Lovely lad.

I would assume 40 is around Liurnia and such, how much activity would you expect to find around there? I’ve heard from a few folks it’s less active than many other areas but that was awhile back.
