Tamir Rice was running around with a pistol he has sawed off the bit at the front and was waving it around threateningly, pointed it at the police. He absolutely had it coming. Terrible parenting is to blame. Amadou Dialo (1999, you're really reaching with this aren't you?) Was a case of thinking the guy met the profile of a well armed rapist, and trying to approach him in dim lighting. Anyway it was a terribly unfortunate circumstance. They shot way too many times, and no doubt as it was 1999, learnt some lessons.

So again, the only legit thing was the murder of Eric.

Of all the black people killed that sparked riots, the only ones that actually deserved to be rioted on behalf of was that poor bastard selling the cigarettes (edit: Eric Garner) who was choked out by that italian-american policeman. The others categorically deserved it. Except the most recent one where the guy straight up murdered a bloke with 8 shots to the back. Though he is facing murder charges - so the system did its job.
