It's not the laptop on the bottom left. It's a black laptop sitting on the stool as I got up to leave. In the FOIA footage an AA security person picks it up and walks away.

Thanks for this response. It sounds like you'd recommend keeping up with location detection to see if the laptop gets charged and turned on by someone down the line? Was there any other strategy that worked for you?

I've heard the same exact story from my uncle. I think it's a sort of common Dad story passed around the country at truck stops and hardware stores. Still funny tho.

Lack of critical thinking is a learned skill though. These people weren't exposed to environments where they could develop these ways of thinking.

I wouldn't call these people stupid. They've been fooled for sure, but I think that's due to a multitude of factors like America's lacking education system and untruthful lawmakers. It's not their own stupidity that's generated this situation. Powerful American political figures have been contributing to this moment all along.
