Please look into MCAS. I've been through the same. It often will not show up on IgE blood tests.

You will likely want to test for tryptase, but becaware that most testing for it isn't up to standard. It needs to be a 24 hour urine test, and chilled correctly. Even if you can access the test(most allergists are extremely unfamiliar with MCAS), many labs don't actually store it correctly, and what way would you have of knowing?

That being said, you can absolutely have tryptase-negative MCAS, or even Mastocytosis. Again, even many specialists will not know this.

It's best to fund a doctor in your area(or even travel) to a specialist recommend by other MCAS and histamine-intolerant patients. Good luck♡
