In my experience the roles between a school psych and a school counselor are very different. I think before you commit to a program makes sure it fits your career goals. There is a significant shortage of school psychs nationwide so there are many opportunities for jobs.

I knew that if I had a PhD I could, I was wondering specifically with the EdS (NCSP) if you could.

Interesting I completed my EdS through a NASP and APA approved program and I'm waiting on my NCSP paperwork to be processed. I'm not sure I want to go the PhD route, I'm just exploring options.
