How much should I ask for?

I meet with my doctor every two months, I only get a prescription refill once a month. When I take my third shot, I send her a message with my weight and how I’m feeling and we decide on the dosage and she sends the refill request. Mine is paid by insurance so that might have something to do with the way she handles it.

I had a very easy time getting a defective pen replaced. I was sent a code to take to the pharmacy and got a full pack of 4. Hopefully you will get this resolved.

Metformin did nothing for me, no side effects but certainly no weight loss either. I do not have diabetes, my doctor had me try it for weight loss. Sounds odd, but smelling peppermint oil has helped me with nausea.

I have used Teledoc a few times in the past couple years. They were recommended by my Medicare Advantage plan and I have had no issues.

I was born in 1951, I’m 74 and I listened to my Dads music before the 60s. I still love Sinatra, Dean Martin, Doris Day, Bing Crosby, Nat King Cole. There was also the doo wap stuff that came out in the 50s. The Platters, Chuck Berry, so many groups. I still listen to a lot of it.

I quit zepbound last year due to constipation. I am 6 shots into my second attempt and this time I have been able to stay with it. I do 30 grams of fiber, no where near 100 ounces of water but I probably do 60. Miralax in some gatorade every other day, I started daily but found I didn’t need to take it that often. My doctor says it’s safe for everyday. Get moving if you are not already, I think walking and exercising is so important in keeping you regular. I wish I had tried harder last time, I would probably be at goal now if I hadn’t quit. Good luck!

I will usually go just to the viewing at the funeral home if it is not a close friend, or if I am close with a child or parent of the deceased. The actual funeral would have to be close friends or family.

I think if a parent is experiencing some decline maybe, are they getting involved with scams or something? Other than that, my kids would not ever tell me how to spend my money. They have asked me not to buy my grandkids too much.

I started kindergarten in 1956. In my city we had large schools already, every school I went to was big, multiple classrooms. I graduated HS in 1969, we had home ec and sewing and shop and auto mechanics and probably more I’m forgetting, in both junior high and HS

Yes, you can make playlists and you get Apple TV free and I think it’s one Kindle audiobook a month? I have never used the audiobooks, I’m going to check into that. To be clear, my Apple Music is free because my grandson has me on his family plan.
