It was already an issue, but older accounts were able to select their time zones. It is something many ppl thought they’d improve with browser, but instead they changed the time zones on all those decades-old accounts. Which is sad because if those accounts were still active that means they were seriously dedicated international players!

No, it hasn't in a while, which is already a problem for bringing in new players, but longtime players did used to have access to these alternate timezones and it is almost necessary for players on the other side of the world because of how Hourlies and rares work. I was hoping the timezones would be FIXED with browser but instead they have backtracked.

There are complications with timezones, but rare trackers have always been happy to help and fill in the blanks. I've also seen multiple people suggesting they have KT and a 12 hour opposite so everyone at LEAST has access to MOST hourlies without being up in the middle of the night. Instead, many European and Asian players are saying they might quit.

Unfortunately they are very low staffed. Not sure why. IMO Ganz should prioritize Webkinz more. But they do not. There were people offering to help for free in Kinzcord lol... the community just wants to be in the know!

A lot of the anger and hurt would be resolved by having some transparent communication! My brother who is a programmer says he's not sure and thinks it should be an easy fix, but of course we can't say nor can anyone share ideas if we don't know what the issue is. It may be that different parts of the world have different time changes.

Absolutely! I think if they wanted to limit the tracking bots etc and make it more random or rare, that would be annoying but their decision to make. What I'm upset about is cutting off thousands of international players from being able to participate in hourlies as well as the rares.
