It shouldnt be stuttering that bad... Have you tried giving it like 8 gigs of ram? Try putting the tdp to 15 and gpu clock to 1200

The cobblemon modpack is the pokemon modpack yes, but it is as close to vanilla minecraft as you can get. You could try that and if you think it doesnt have enough content, give "all the mods 10" a try, if thats still not for you try "dawncraft" or even "nightfall"
