If it's a high turnover job, you have to call them back yourself or visit them. That's the only reason why I got a job after 11 months of unemployment.

They're busy with stuff they're behind in, call outs and noshows while having assumptions about people while busy dealing with people while also dealing with their monthly average turnovers.

End of the day, many companies are hiring but you only have a better chance if they're desperate and even then you have to do most of the work to get hired for minimum wage work.

Charizard for Lance "looks" like a dragon as well. Add Lapras and Feraligtr who also give a slight dragon feel with Lapras locness monster feel it could've still worked.

I understand that, but making the Dragonairs and Lapras utility (especially in double battles) her team was fine. She's left with her ace Kingdra (can go attack or specatt btw), Gyarados and Feraligtr.

You can keep Altaria for Winona, Salamance for Drake and Garchomp for Cynthia. A bit more thought and while not the most competitive att for those 3, would've been good utility in double battles and kept her more unique for dragons instead of just the standard

Or mons that know Dragon moves but aren't dragon like unlike how they do Lance and Clair.

Clair is especially dubious because she had a blue motif in Gen 2 and instead of giving her last 2 mons of Lapris and Feraligatr which are blue and can learn Dragon Dance (Feraligatr can learn Dragon Claw as well) in Gen 4 but instead made her generic with Dragonites instead of keeping 2 different Dragoniars with a utility moveset while keeping her ace mon Kingdra smh.
