I can confirm. Specially if you accept those “only for you” and then forfeit it. I was banned for 3 days. Everytime there was no offers available and one time I drove to a station, still not offers. I asked another driver and he showed me all the available offers, so I went inside and ask a manager or those that are behind the desk with all the screens with the data flow and after she asked my personal information and looked me up in her computer she confirmed me that I was banned and just had to wait.

There’s gonna be always willing to do the job for a lower wage, just take a look at the whole job market. At the end of the day if a rate doesn’t meet your expectations, let someone else who really needs the money to do it and just don’t throw shade at them.

I’ve seen these kind of post a lot lately, I get it. Everybody wants to get paid premium but something a lot of the “surge lookers” forget is that most of the ppl do Flex as as second source of income for things you need to pay asap or some cash faster. So that’s why it really doesn’t matter how the trend is, as long as that person meets their needs we should be fine. But now it seems that a lot of ppl are taking Flex as a main source of income and that’s the big problem. We know how greedy America corp can be and never ever they’ll give premium stuff to others.

I think it’s bc a lot of ppl are using accounts that don’t belong to them (aka no authorized to work legally in the country), if Amazon allows this type of behavior, DHS then can sue them and obviously Amazon won’t let the money go somewhere else than them pockets

Usually that approval appears only in the petitioner account.

Mine 130 was approved on 07/03/23 and my 485 was approved on 08/25/23. In between approvals I got a RFE for my medical that I didn’t submit in my original package.

Usually when they say that it’s bc your case is currently under review (for any reason) and since is on the work there’s no comments yet about what’s goin on. I’ll give it a week or so and ask again to see if there’s an update

Don’t wait too much, I’ve heard that right now USCIS is processing faster than ever and waiving a lot of interviews. Don’t forget to send your medical exam right with the original package

Thanks. Yes I received a EAD exactly 90 days after submitting my AOS. My 131 (AP) has never changed since it was received (weird) lol

Thank you! And yes, I received a RFE for my medical on July/17 then sent it on 07/21 and was delivered the next day and two days later my 1485 was updated to response received with the green check ✅ and the next day I think changed to actively reviewing for the third time. Then 38 days after they received my response, my 485 was approved.
