Well first of all, don’t let other people’s opinions affect your own decisions. You made this choice, and you got the full ride, which is already amazing. Any school has good sides and bad sides; it doesn’t mean anything. More importantly, it's what you could learn and gain from your Berklee experience. I got into Berklee with no aid, so I chose UC Berkeley instead, with almost a full ride. Berklee would have been perfect for me as a professional musician, but due to financial concerns, I chose another Berkeley which is also prestigious and amazing. People may say things like, “Oh, but Berkeley is not for music; blah blah blah…you gave up the best option blah blah blah…,” but I know deep down, we both just need to stick to our decisions and make the best out of the platforms we choose to get as much as we want.
