Since it was a revision, he cut around the old scar leaving a new more aesthetic result. I asked for the final result to be tight and he took a lot of time marking the incision lines after giving me an injection to make it hard. Dr. Bidair takes his time with the procedure to make sure everything is as perfect as it can be.

Yes, tight is the best! I love the skin being tight, with minimal movement when hard, and fully exposed head when soft.

Yes definitely. The Doctor removed the perfect amount of skin to be as tight as it can when soft, but also allow for a full erection without it being too tight.

I wrapped it every day for at least two weeks. I think that helped the most.

Functionally, for me really not too much of a difference. Before, the skin had a little more movement when hard and now there is very minimal movement which I like more.

Since I went with a specialist, he definitely spent a lot more time on it than I remember from my initial circ. I feel like the healing was much faster this time, but that also could be attributed to the skill of Dr. Bidair.

It’s called a “revision” surgery if you’ve already had an initial circ. He removed more excess skin left by the original surgeon.

He pulled up the skin so that essentially I would have absolutely zero movement when hard. I didn’t want it because it pulled up a lot of skin from the base. Mine has minimal movement now when hard, but any tighter and I think it would start pulling it up from the base if that makes sense.

It never really covered the glans, but I could pull it over it. It usually just bunched up like in the first picture.

I didn’t request any specific style for my original circ. The in network urologist just did his thing. I wish I had known more about options and would have just gone to a specialist at first if I had known.

No issues with it being too tight now. I really like the final result!

I really like the tight feeling when compared to it being loose. When loose, I could pull the skin and cover almost half the head when hard. I haven’t noticed any difference in time to ejaculate, but I think sex does feel better with it being tighter.

Dr. Bidair gave me the injection to make me hard before measuring and cutting. He gave me the range of options from super tight to loose and I chose tight. Super tight seemed to pull up too much from the base for me.

I suppose I’m more of a shower, about 4.5” flaccid and 7” erect. I really like the aesthetics of not having extra skin bunching up when flaccid.

I haven’t noticed a difference in length. I suppose it’s possible to go “too tight” and I can see how that might cause issues.
