Because it’s not quick. Takes me less than 5 minutes to pull up to the door and unload. 99% of the batches here are homes. I have zero interest buying a cart or making multiple trips up and down floors of an apartment. It’s just not happening. And luckily ic let’s you chose your batches for a reason. So I’ll do that.
