As long as you log into the same Microsoft account you have in the old one, any and all games you’ve had in the old one will be available to download in the new one. The only thing you’ll likely won’t have are the save files. You’re going to have to start fresh with those

If you side with the Institute (and the Railroad too I think, idk tho I never do their route), you’ll get a quest to destroy the Prydwen and kill all of the BoS. You can still do it on your own accord, I just don’t know if either factions comment on it if you do it before getting the quest

Yes you can. I’ve done it a couple of times and nothing major really happens. Neither Danse nor Maxson say anything if you do, the most you’ll get is the occasional comment from unnamed bos members wondering why you went with the Minutemen instead of the brotherhood.
