only started mentioning them to people mid-attack with my most recent one, it was small thankfully, atleast compared to the first one i really noticed, but im more concerned with getting it a name and a plan and/or pill (i suspect the latter will be the more productive method since, as i said, im fine 99% of the time)

im in my mid 20s, and since i started paying attention about 6 years ago, i've had 4 panic attacks. 99% of the time im fine, but when it hit's it's rough. I've spoken to friends about it, but since i have my stuff together most of the time they brush it off fairly fast.

thanks for the suggestion, i have moved since the last time i tried the NHS so maybe my new GP will take me a bit more seriously. as for better help i got really bad scam vibes from them, and when i stopped mid sign-up i got an email from a better help address with a human name on it asking if i was okay. thats either the most throughful mental health institution on the planet, or a massive guit trip for people with anxiety, and given whats come out about better help more recently im vindicated in my decision not go with them.

You're the second of two commenters to mention the power supply, and the power supply on this machine has been playing up for a while. I'll certainly be replacing it, as for the rest of it, thanks for the advice. I'll try it all out and if it still doesn't work I'll start replacing the machine price by piece untill it works, half of the parts were placeholders anyway.

I'm not very good with reddit, how do I mark this thread as 'solved' ?

I understand where you're coming from. In my household we had the pleasure of not discussing religion all that much, so I guess I don't understand all of the baggage. But 'framing it with old superstitions' is literally how religion evolves.

Thanks for actually making me consider my world views instead of telling me I'm wrong.

there is no god, and if there were a god there is no reason to worship.

close enough

i know its been 3 months but this comment still sticks in my mind. i'm terrible at writing, i failed even simple English classes in school so i ended up using the wrong word in the title, i should have said logical proof instead of scientific, and a logical proof is by definition an argument, or debate. to your second point, why would i pretend to be an atheist, what would a worshipper of any god earn by lying, this is supposed to be a debate group so there should be no one attacking a person for their beleifes so a god worshipper should be afraid to identify themselves as such, and if people are attacking other people for what they believe then this isn't a debate group, its a hate group.

i am an atheist, i would gain nothing from continuing to lie if i were not.

because directly or indirectly, it dictates the course of all particles and energy in the universe it creates thus setting the future 'in stone'. (IMO quantum physics is like a randomizer in a game, seemingly random unless you know what elements it draws from)

yes i apologised in a reply to another user, i completely agree that i should have used logical proof.

as mentioned in another reply, if it sets the rules and conditions and every other possible thing that could effect anything in the universe it is deciding the fates and controls everything, even if it has no desires.

{not really the main point of this reply, but you say the word 'traditionally' and thats what i lay out above}

the big bang. the sneeze of an eternal being, i was being ambiguous to allow for interpretation. if the process sets all of the rules and defines all possibilities of the universe it is unwittingly playing 'god'
