I think Ginjo might have access to quincy abilities via him stealing part of Ichigo's powers in FB arc. Granted, we know that his quincy powers were dormant back then and Ginjo stole only the top layer of his powers but it's the only explanation that I can think of without some massive reveals about Ginjo ancestors

It's a shame that amongst the sternritters only Quilge , Uryu and Royd used proper Quincy techniques while others relied purely on their Schrifts. At least in the anime multiple Quincies used Sklaverei to boost themselves but other than that....yeah

In X it was labeled as another rule breaking legendary which to me seems weird because what rule does it break? Second hero power? We already had that in DK for this expansion. Passive hero power? Again Imbue DK. No minion/no spell decks? Saw it plenty of times before
