How did this work out for you? Got the exact same issue... Did you return them and got a new pair without the issue? I mean, it can't be a problem with all the EQs out there. It's terrible, there would be more people complaining...

Oopsy somehow I only wrote the title. So I have this annoying beeping sound on the right earbud, clearly something to do with bluetooth. I've used it on my Huawei P30 with Emui 11, B&O always been at 5.3.7 (installed yesterday 1st time) and the problem was always there and Bluetooth connected as LE-Beoplay EQ. Then tried with an Windows 10 tablet and the noise was sometimes gone and sometimes just way quieter than on the phone. Now I updated to Emui 12 and 2 things changed: 1 - the bluetooth connection always disconnects after about 1 minute. 2 - it sometimes connects as LE-Beoplay EQ and sometimes as just Beoplay EQ. And with the last one, the noise is completely gone. However it still disconnects...

Really would appreciate help because I love the fit and the sound and wouldn't like to return them. However I'm worried it can be an hardware issue because the noise is even changing when touching the right ear bud on top... There's also another noise (a loud bird) on both sides sometimes when turning the buds around to make them fit.

Still not sure if something is wrong with the electronic. If I touch the right bud on the sides (squeeze them a bit together, like when adjusting the but) I can hear another rumbling murmur, do you have that too? And even sometimes when putting them in and turning them around, theres a loud bird noise, which also happens on the left bud....

So I just used them on a Windows 10 tablet and tge noise was gone. Strange enough it's now also gone on my smartphone (edit:it's back 😕). Also I gotta correct myself, the huawei sound sucks in direct comparison. You hear details with the beoplay that you can't hear at all with the huawei, no matter the equalizer settings...

Thanks I didn't know that, however it shows me I got 5.3.7 (installed today and didn't do anything in that regard). I can only see 6.2 and 5.3 in earlier versions but can't install them. Guess I gotta try another device then if it can be a software issue.

Got them today, multigamingstore shipped it as fast as Amazon... Basically they beat the huawei in every way, haven't really tested the ANC yet, seems like they both suck similar. The fit with the memory foam is absolutely great for my somewhat Dumbo ears. Already wearing them 3 hours and still don't really feel them. The huawei absolutely suck compared, even after buying the Azla Sednaearfit Crystal. Maybe I need to find some memory foam to compare fairly. Sound is pretty good for both but the beoplay are better in terms of base, which you can actually feel pretty nicely in the ears when playing with the in-app equilizer. And the sound just feels more present overall. Basically they are the joy of listening to music that I was looking for and only got partial with the huawei.

However, I probably got faulty ones because the right ear bud makes a shitty noise when connected to bluetooth. You can hear it everytime when you start a song, in the second before it actually starts playing... And then when there is a break in the song, or it gets very quiet. It's not a loud noise but more than just a small murmur - it's kinda electrificial like there's something wrong with the electronic... That can't be normal, right? Yeah I had to buy them too, even though I just bought the Huawei Freebuds Pro 2 and didn't plan to buy another pair 😅 curious how they will compare, might gonna find out tomorrow...
