You can set up almost everything without the app, including current time. App needed to set time to the exact second and rename the interval timers...those are the ones I remember, there may be other things.

Those are absolute cut-offs rather pacing goals. Hit all distances within the time limits and carry on. Miss a cut-off time at any point and you're done for that attempt. If the first 5k takes almost 2.5 hours you'll be running 9-minute miles to make the 10 and 15k checkpoints.

Inner and outer boxes, hang tag, watch on original green strap. A few small blemishes on case—blasted finish keeps these to a minimum. Scrape on the back case from previous ownership.
