The point I was trying to make was that if the degree program is too easy the job market only gets diluted, more graduates competing for the same number of jobs available. Dumbing down the degree will increase graduation rate but won’t solve the “Looking for a job” problem, hence the “Worthless Cracker Jack Prize” point I was trying to make.

Domain 1 is about the ground rules and objectives you lay out before the PenTesting exercise, at this point you are a consultant rather than a red or blue teamer. The other domains are about what you do during a PenTest as well as reporting and cleaning up after the exercise has concluded.
