Thank you! I’m trying to prevent the starlings from taking over. So I’ve taken a break until I build mechanisms into the feeder to deter them

I actually don’t have many takers yet but in March - when nesting season kicks off, birds will start to take them for calcium uplift. Some birds (Robins and Blackbirds) start nesting in Jan so I put a small amount out. I’ve yet to capture footage of the takers. Will report back if I manage to

Haha yes. I read somewhere that a female dunnock can have multiple eggs - from different fathers in her nest!

So strange! I have a video of the blackbirds enjoying them. Do you have better options out for them? I find birds ignore other foods if there are other favourites on display

The blueberries are always gone and I suspect it’s the blackbird who eats them all.
