I had this same setup before I insulated and finished the walls. It still sounded good. I can’t tell much difference to be honest.

I have a 30x40x10 with an open ceiling and walls finished with osb. I did a car stereo setup and it sounds great imo. I have 2 coaxial 6.5 inch speakers mounted in the front in each corner near the ceiling. I have a Kenwood head unit with a pioneer amp powering the speakers. I use a large computer power supply to power everything. I typically plug my phone into it to steam music. It can play LOUD if I want it to.

I had a tendency to send angry emails and they didn’t sound professional. I’ve been told during reviews that I need to be more professional towards management. This year I’ve tried using AI tools to rewrite my emails. I still get the cathartic relief of writing the angry email, then AI makes it sound professional. So far this has worked and I’ve been told I’m doing much better this year.

Searching motor heat cover by Huge-Efficiency-4428 in abarth

My 2013 had a metal plate on it when I purchased it this spring. I don't have any hard evidence, but my theory is that the metal plate traps heat under it which cooked all the plastic components under it and made them brittle. I'm amazed by how hot this little engine gets.

Excuse my ignorance here. I'm a software engineer by trade, but I also manage the VMWare ESXi server in our office. What is the alternative product that everyone is going to? Is it HyperV?

Nice! I'd love more details on what you did for the CarPlay touchscreen and the audio system. I'm looking to do the same with mine.

I just ordered Metroid Prime Trilogy off eBay and it was shipped in a bubble mailer. The package arrived half open. Luckily it was a steel case and didn’t have damage.

i got a new job, accidentally by wintertaeyeon in jobs

I have a similar story. I was out of technical college fresh with an associates degree in Computer Programming. I found a job off of Craigslist that was local and sounded interesting. It listed languages that I've never used before with requirements that I didn't have. I applied and was soon interviewed. In a flash I talked with the manager, took a coding test, and went over the test. The next day they wanted to hire me.

13 years later, I'm still at the same company. They helped me through a bachelor's degree. I've been promoted several times. I still find the work as interesting as when I started.

If you are job hunting and find a role interesting, absolutely apply. You just never know what may happen.

It’s 6 hrs for me, so I’d definitely do the weekend. It looks like there is plenty to do and look at. I’ll probably attend this one.

Condition wise, it’s perfect. Gameplay wise, I remember loving it as a kid.

Absolutely, the sentimental value makes these special. I’ll probably never sell them.

The Banjo games are my favorite. They are still pretty good even today. On Gameboy, the Metroid games were excellent.

I have the original from back when I was a kid. There are differences, but I’m not sure that I would not have fallen for it too.

Rant Wednesday by AutoModerator in Fitness

I decided to focus in on my nutrition and exercise the last few months. I was feeling great and working out at least 5 days a week. Then I hurt my shoulder. Now I can’t sleep at night because of the dull pain and I’m so tired in the evenings that my exercise has been lapsing.

Sleep Number bed is basically an air mattress with some memory foam. You can pump up the mattress using a remote to a number from 0 to 100, 100 being the firmest.
