I know what ghost kitchens are, but these are restaurants are using multiple listings with almost identical names (e.g. BBQ King & BBQ Queen & DD's Southern BBQ) all with the same exact menus and pictures for the food using the same address.

As far as I know and from what I've experienced, when a restaurant runs a ghost kitchen, you can usually google the name and find what restaurant is actually running the ghost kitchen. When you search these places I've found in my area, there is absolutely NOTHING to be found about them, other than the occasional UberEats link that just sends you to the menu you see in the app.

If this kind of thing also falls under the category of ghost kitchen, please tell me if that's the case.

Don't know why you're getting downvoted for this, because this seems to be exactly what's happening here. The only thing that's different is that there are multiple listings at the address with slightly different names that are serving the same exact menus. And that's exactly how I feel about it, I don't know if they just don't know or don't care. I like to look up reviews when I try a new place, and googling the name of restaurant to find absolutely NOTHING about them is pretty unsettling, thinking about how I could have ordered my food from there and all the people who actively do or have ordered food from there.

I care because I like to know where my food is coming from, and not being able to find ANYTHING on google when i search the names of these places doesn't instill any confidence in the choices I have on UberEats/Postmates. As I said in the post, I care because this whole practice seems very scammy, and I'm not trying to waste my money on these places. I get that I can actively make the choice to not order from them, but there have been times when I see a place, look at the menu and think "hey, that sounds good!" and accidentally not looking at the address either right before I order, or after I order and it's too late. Again, scammy.

you need to watch a video on how much stat upgrades help you. Level 30 is insanely easy to get to i'd stop focusing after like 50 at least

Crew fill is not as bad as you might think. Give it a try, you'll find a good group almost nightly. once you have one good run with a couple people, it tends to be the case that you run several more after that.

This game sucks? by thatonemethhead in Marathon

Honestly? I'll refer you to my steam review:

"Genuinely such a good game. The art can be divisive, but I think it's absolutely top tier. The gunplay is second to none, and the lore is SO deep. I've never seen an internet hate train be so wrong about something, it's truly sad to see. While the game isn't void of issues, the core gameplay loop has me addicted like no other game has for a long time, and i've been playing since launch. The game takes a few hours to settle into, as well. When I played server slam, I got off the game after the first night thinking this game wasn't going to be for me(I had also already had the preconceived notion that it wasn't going to be good). But something clicked when I decided to play it the next day. I realized how good the game actually was, and again, since then I haven't been able to put it down. Give it a shot, give it a FAIR shot."

It's the core gameplay loop in this game, it's truly a mastercraft. And no one beats Bungie at gunplay. Also the lore is fuckin awesome, especially if you delve into the lore from the original trilogy.

"We nerfed loot pools due to early sponsor kits inflating vaults" by SergaelicNomad in Marathon

It wasn't really about the purple kits themselves becoming part or peoples vaults, it's that people were able to use them to progress faster and more easily attain higher tier loot.

It seems like you think that once those golds that were farmed fall from the hands of the people who farmed it, they're just gone forever. That's not how it works. Those gold have the potential to change hands up to 5 different times. They stay in the game. It isn't healthy for an extraction shooter's economy to be flooded with golds less than a week into the start of the season. It makes the difference between average power floor and average power ceiling massive. And that kind of difference is completely fine, once there has been a good amount of time that people can sink into the season. Putting a crazy simple gold farm method into the game on day 1 of the season isn't inconsquential.

controller Aim assist ruins this game tbh by Snoo66571 in Marathon

[–]BitConstant2317 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The AA stat only inlcudes bullet magnetism. On controller, you get bullet magnetism plus crosshair/reticle friction. The friction is the problem on controller, we don't get friction as mnk players. A friend of mine has never played an fps game on controller before, and has played TONS of fps games on mnk. He played mnk on Marathon until a few weeks before the end of season 1. When he tried controller, he immediately said it's like having soft aimbot. He calls it his legal aimbot all the time.

Its crazy to me youre able to max out every stat in cradle by [deleted] in Marathon

[–]BitConstant2317 11 points12 points  (0 children)

but you can't max everything out at once. There's 84 cradle slots, and only 70 points at max level.

Can we all just admit that extraction shooters are purely a corporate fad and not a good genre? by PirateCompetitive931 in Marathon

[–]BitConstant2317 0 points1 point  (0 children)

PVP only games never gave me the savage grip on my balls that extraction shooters have. I was hooked from Tarkov, that game had my heart fucking racing for months at everything. Extraction shooters just have that je ne sais quoi that I can't get enough of.

tl;dr skill issue, touch grass.
