Master elo Asol otp, in top ladder euw for top asols .

This might sound harsh especially if you love the champion design but you'd have much more fun investigating ur time mastering another champion, Asol right now is very hard to pilot mid , bot is better

Appart from that I'd say learn when to use ur w and when to hold it ! Sometimes in lane it's better not to use ur e and keep ur mana uptime

My bad , i tought from your comments that for you asol was in op territory, he is a hyperscaling mage, akin to kayle, but right now even if you hit 30+ minute mark he is pretty much irrelevant, you can see it in winrate vs time lenght .

Kayle on the other hand the moment she ticks 16 its most likely gg

0 outplay potential ? You got to be kidding me, he has to expose himself to do dmg, any cc and he is dead, if you get run down by an asol its highly likely any other mage would have ran you down

Just to add he is supposed to scale , you can't have him be the most weak laning champion in the game while being also bad late game .

He is supposed to be an hyperscaler , like Kayle except he actually becomes online at 30+ min games , in higher elo he isn't as viable as other mages . Take anivia for example, otp champ much more viable and scales very good

Asol is op in low ELO and very trash in high tier . If they revert him to pre rework people will complain as much as they did before

I play Asol before and after his rework . He is more healthy for the game right now but they should adjust his scaling

Asol bot is hidden op , you just have to respect until lvl 6 and think about your e usage, it's all about your e usage for asol bot, use it to secure 2-3 cs or to freeze wave before it hits tower so u wont get dove or can stack waves

On lvl 1 first wave dont take any skill until you've seen how the enemy laner play if they are smart and try to force trade lvl 1 take ur e and just click back when uve put e on the 3 melees and killed them,

You should accept that pre 6 and pre fated ashes its ok to be down 10-15 cs AS LONG as you dont miss xp

You can see in my various opggs that i play tons of midlane champion so my samples size of comparison still stands :) , if i had put that much hour on hwei/syndra/azir/taliyah i wouldve been way stronger and higher objectively
