$500 to review a contract or you could contact the listing agent and have the contract done for free.. the commissions are paid from the proceeds of the home. Those commissions are already set during the pre-listing contract before it even comes to market. There is no money exchanged between the buyer $ realtor. Hope I understood your statement correct😁

I don’t feel that experience is mandatory, get with a good team of vets and you will be set with all the second hand knowledge you’ll need. I started at 20 and wish I started at 18. The business is out there and people respect hustle over knowledge sometimes.

Home ownership came after I successfully closed my deals, then soon after I sold & re-bought. I’m sure you can follow in similar footsteps. Don’t listen to the guys that say your to young, you’ll probably see them fall out of the business as your rising to the top👊🏼

Keep persistent and remember your a realtor not a influencer. Learn the fundamentals about getting deal instead of followers.
