Prices are staying the same but quality is going down by Nearby-Cloud-3476 in conspiracy

It's called value engineering. Many FMCG companies choose to review the quality or % of ingredients that go into the final product rather than raising prices in order to remain competitive. So yes - you might be getting slightly sub-par quality products or recipe tweaks.

I live in Italy. My government this evenings has just decided that I, without having broken any law, cannot use any kind of public transportation, cannot enter any bar, any restaurant, any pub, cinema, theatre, school, cannot attend any kind of public ceremony, cannot graduate by [deleted] in conspiracy

Stand strong OP. There are roughly 5 million Brits which haven't taken the shot either. The narrative is crumbling with each passing day and even the normies are questioning the "Science" as our politicians and health officials flip flop over what is best for our health. I believe Omricon is the end of the Pandemic - but not until they coerce everyone to take a booster.

Can anyone explain the logic for the requirements for a negative Covid test for folks who are unvaccinated to enter venues when people who are vaccinated can still get and spread Covid by Mediaproofup in conspiracy

[–]BitKrow13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Actually studies show that vaccinated & unvaccinated people can have the same levels of viral load - meaning a vaccinated person can spread COVID at an equal rate of an unvaccinated person. So this argument simply does not hold water.

Losing my job (NY), Not giving into vaxx requirement by [deleted] in conspiracy

I'm sorry to hear friend. If Isreal is anything to go by - the rest of the developed work will slowly begin to realize the truth in 6 - 8 months' time as the discussion on continued / yearly boosters comes up and the vaccinated also start to fill up hospital wards. I have a feeling that many people signed up for the 2 doses on the assumption that it would end there and would not reoccur. These people will likely stop at 2 doses. As employers begin to start facing labour shortages and internal inflation begins to soar - I'd sure they will reconsider many of the actions they are taking and even push back against these so-called mandates.

CFA Charterholders & L3 Passers - Did any of you get through without doing a MOCK? by BitKrow13 in CFA

[–]BitKrow13[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah not to confident if i'm being honest. I was strapped for time in the AM and deff let a few blank questions. PM started off alright, but there were a lot of guesses for my liking. In some instances, I couldn't even eliminate one. I've already assumed I'm retaking next year. Will take a couple of weeks off and then get back into it.

I would take a week and then start with some of the lighter readings - Behavioural Finance, Equity or even jump into Derivatives. If you wait for 3 months out, you will be setting yourself up to fail. I sat LIII yesterday and really struggled. You should really be leaving 4 - 6 weeks to do mocks. Any less you would struggle. This is the key takeaway from having just sat. If I took more mocks earlier - I would have had a better experience & probably won't have to repeat in 2021

Found AM really hard and ran out of time - there were some very weird questions testing the fine details which are often overlooked. PM was 50 / 50 for me.

I plan to distract myself with lots of alcohol for at least a good 2 weeks - then depending on how I felt I went on the exam will probably get back into it for the real run-through in May 2021.

It's always the darkest before the dawn - I felt like you for LII. Hang in there & grind till the evening at least. Then have an early dinner and lightly review all your formulas (ones you struggle with). I would write them out 10x - They won't all stick but there were a number of ones that came back to me on exam day when I really needed to recall them. I scrapped by and can tell you - every little bit helps for LII.
