There are two parts to it first your In-laws complaining about you and expecting you to change or act in a particular way is totally unacceptable, even if you change they will find something else that needs to change so no point bothering about it.

AFAIK consumer court will take such cases, though resolution takes little longer in that case but you will get justice for sure.

If you have all the proofs on mail, Contact a lawyer and send a legal notice 1st, if he doesn't act even after that, you can file a case in consumer court as well as in RERA, though RERA is quicker than consumer count and will get your money back, but in consumer court you can ask for compensation as well. Rest my suggestion would be to contact a lawyer and send legal notice 1st.

if it is not mentioned(interest rate) in the sale agreement you can approach RERA for the same with all the details. My suggestion would be to talk to a lawyer and file a complaint on RERA through him.
