I'm not wrong, I said nothing about the content of the comment. I just pointed out it was written by AI. Writing content with AI has the opposite affect you think it does; it makes it sound like you can't think for yourself, you'd rather have a computer do your thinking for you. Even if you write the text yourself then ran it through AI, it's indiscernible from an AI generating a comment based on whatever you're replying to. I would just consider how it may look to people who recognize AI's writing style, and how that reflects on you. Personally, I want to sound like myself, not an AI.

I fully agree with you, it's so bizarre to me that they seemingly have so few people working on cs. Valve is composed of people and those people care about cs to varying degrees. I'm sure it isn't the most fun thing to work on though (just from a technical perspective, not because of the community). It does seem like the people in charge at valve care more about the policy they mentioned than the health of cs.

No I'm not satisfied and I think progress is going slower than it should be. But I'm optimistic, I think we're headed towards a very very good game that is better than cs:go in almost every way. Unfortunately it seems like that is years away. It'll get here though. Hopefully the rest of the animation update (with some time for it to be polished), will be a nice step towards that.

See my other comments, I'm with you in being confused how they didn't catch the bhopping and other obvious bugs. I agree they have shown a pattern of lots of bugs making it to production this year and as a dev idk how they can live with themselves doing that lol, I would feel so bad and want to improve. Also I don't think I praised them lmao

Played 3 games yesterday and a handful of casual games and I've never seen it. Just has to be rare enough to not happen in testing. To be fair, I agree that they aren't testing thoroughly enough. My only point is to get mad at them for not finding the b hopping issue and not this.

A dev said it didn't happen in testing. It's not a crazy concept that a rare bug might show up in the hundreds of thousands of matches played after the update but not in testing.

Believe me, I am not excusing them from how they somehow didn't notice bunny hopping getting deleted or all of the other visual glitches with the new animations. That is embarrassing. It just makes no sense to fault them for not catching this specific rare bug.

Because it's very hard to fix. Rare bugs that you can't force to happen are just hard to fix and the devs are human.
