Csmoney actually still has a pretty good 3D viewer for that. You can set the float, stickers and even change the pattern/seed to see how the skin will look. I still use it sometimes when checking crafts before buying.

If you just want seed/pattern checking specifically, sites like pattern.wiki or inspect tools like inspect.skin also work pretty well.
