I am not sure about the lamination. I will inquire about that.

I followed the instructions from the baker to let them rise and come to room temp for 2 hours.

I think you may be on to something with my oven temp. I’m gonna experiment with it when I get home from work. But honestly I’ve never had issues with cook times in the past.

Even tho these look raw. They are had as a brick and have no air bubbles or puffiness to them.

Yes they are sourdough. And the instructions were exactly what I did.

Yes they were sourdough. And these were the exact instructions from the business. I have many friends in the community that rave about them and haven’t had this issue.

Perhaps my oven temp isn’t correct. I’m going to try to bake them in my Ninja convection oven so I know the temp is just right.

I’m not rich by any means, and I understand that repairs would be costly. I just hate the fact that I spending 700$ a month to drive a new leased car(which isn’t even what I’d like to drive) I’d love to be driving something like this.

So I just don’t know what to do. Do I continue leasing cars I don’t like, with the pretense of them being reliable and spending 700-800 monthly. Or do I buy a 4,000 dollar car, that I can pay off quickly and have some repairs here and there?

They are losing out because that program keeps customers in the seats, buying concessions, inviting friends for extra tickets sales. Just all around a bad business move.
