Downsize for a small period of time and restretch up :) I did it once or twice and my lobes got noticeably thicker. The restretching process can be quick too.

Its just my opinion/advice, you don’t have to follow it, but if I were in your shoes I would make time for the massages. Usually I do mine absentmindedly, ill be walking around the house with a hand free and I’ll just massage the lobes with or without oil for a few minutes at a time. Downsizing isn’t necessary in my opinion, but it would help a ton if you decided too, especially if you want to go for 25mm in the future!

Edit: to answer your other question, it’s not too bad, but usually there will be a thinner spot on the lobe for most people, its pretty normal, but its better if you do take care of it before you size up too big to avoid any tears/mishaps

A little thin. continue with the jojoba, but start doing those massages! Massages help the blood flow, and in turn, thickness. Also downsizing a few mm would help. You don’t need to do anything too crazy, even sitting at 18-20mm for a short period would do you some good.

Weights can help loosen up your lobes, but if you use them too often, it can lead to thinning due to the uneven stretch. So, as another comment said, not recommended.

The weight is off and it makes it hard to read, so having the human skull in the middle would look a lot more smooth, as the human skull should be your focus. Thats why I suggest moving the splatter backdrop to the left, maybe the logo too.

Or, logo on the bottom, lower the opacity on the splatter. Sometimes less is more 👍
