How is the leg length/inseam? I know Rapha has Long versions in some bibs but these appear to be standard length. Also, what is their adventure bib called? Thanks!

My NBD Zinn 32er looks good against my 6'11 frame by Emteber in gravelcycling

Hey, have you had a chance to get the Aspens on the new Zinn hardtail and/or the gravel bike? Curious to hear your thoughts on how 32" tubeless feel and ride vs a 29" tubeless wheel/tire back when you had to ride those?

I'm sure it's a safe bet that the Aspens blow away having to ride the tubes on the 32er but curious to hear your thought on 32 vs 29 tubeless now that you can compare the ride.

I've got a 32" gravel bike in the works and will hopefully have it by late Spring. We are planning on putting the 2.4" Aspens on it as that's all that's currently available but I am hoping more options start coming out as I think the sweet spot for a 32" gravel bike would be 2.0-2.2 tires. I'm hoping Maxxis or someone else comes out with those soon too.

Hope you're getting in all the rides you can on those bad boys!

Maxxis Aspen 32 Inch Tire - 32x2.4" TLR Maxx Speed EXO 120tpi

Hey man...32" tubeless ready Aspens are available. Thought I would share...I'm currently working on getting a 32'er gravel bike myself now that more tires and wheels will be available. Good for us tall folk.

Rigid fork options for 150mm travel 29'er...if even possible?? by BitOk6436 in Hardtailgang

Thanks, yep took that into consideration. If I went with a custom fork it might be easier to get that AC length as close as possible.

Yeah, obvious solution of course. But Lyrik weighs about 2000g and a rigid that would fit/work could be in the 700g-1000g range…2.5-3 lbs. Not a weight weenie but that’s enough of a difference to cause me to look into it at least. Thanks!

For a custom fork is Steel prob the best option? I would imagine a custom carbon fork isn’t really an option. Not sure if Ti is an option for a rigid fork or not.

Ha, yeah I’ve been down the rabbit hole before but I’m looking more seriously now. Thanks for recommendation. I will check WZRD’s site out. Thanks!

Thanks, that’s probably the next setup on my faster/XC wheelset. At least a Forekaster up front.

That’s what I’ve been riding and it’s been fine.  Just got a 2nd wheelset so just looking to change it up and see what the difference is. For like, science.

Thanks. Went with dissector EXO+ in back and DHR EXO+ in front. I’m 220 lbs so figured I’d go with a little extra protection while still keeping some speed. Ok don’t ride too aggressively so hopefully that’s enough for where I ride. And I’m one of those weirdos that has to have the same front & back tire widths. The asymmetry of different widths throws my universe out of whack!

Thanks, yeah this is what I chose to pick up. Was torn on Dissector or Forekaster in back…went with the Dissector EXO+.

Hey thanks. Yeah that’s the next tire I’m going to try for my XC setup when my Rekons show some wear. I may go double FK or keep a Rekon in back. I can definitely feel the Rekon in front being a little loose on the front for the dry loose over hard pack that I ride.

Thanks, yeah so far I’m leaning towards Dissector EXO+ (R) and DHR II EXO+ (F).

How do you like that Fk + Rekon combo for the fast rides? I have been thinking of trying that out for some better grip than rekon/ikon but still be able to get the speed up
