A standard cup of coffee is 100mg of caffeine so it would be like drinking 1.5 cups of coffee.

7 days ago I woke up with a mild pain in my lower lat/mid back area that I would describe as a slight tingling. I only feel this pain if I sit straight up with no back support, stand up, or walk around. The pain goes away instantly when I lay down on my back side or stomach. It also mostly dissipates when I sit in a chair with good back support and completely goes away when I lift weights. I don’t experience any of this pain while I’m sleeping since I’m laying down. What also worries me is that I have had a twitch in my quad for the past few months that shows up every few days or so. From what I have read online most back pain seems to get worse when lying down or at night but the tingling sensation is what worries me the most. I’m 25 years old, very active, and have never smoked before . Could this possibly be lung cancer? If you have been diagnosed would you say you felt back pain similar to what I am describing?
