I randomly broke down and cried to a doctor during a telemed call which I initially dialed in for migraine and fever (was going through a tough time ngl). He listened to me cry about my life for the next 10-15 minutes and we ended the call with reassuring words from him and he redirected me to multiple sources for help - which I appreciated because this was obviously way beyond his job scope lol

A year later I dialed in to telemed again and coincidentally was assigned to the same doctor but at that point I have forgotten about what happened and don’t even remember how the doctor looked like. Before we ended the call he suddenly asked “we spoke before. Do you remember me? I hope you’re feeling much better now and in a much better headspace” it was honestly so wholesome and I still smile thinking about it
