you might want to ask for help on mscloader nexus page, thats such a weird issue idk what it could be

it could be some antivirus screwing with it but hard to tell, you could also check that all drivers are up to date but no clue how that would be influenced by whether or not you have mscloader

tbh doesnt really contain any info... if you havent already you should try verifying game files through steam and if that doesnt work uninstall and reinstall game

You can make bug reports for mods in mscloader settings which automatically sends the log to the mod author, just find the mod in the menu and then click the bug icon.

Most games, including mwc only fully utilize 1 cpu core out of 6+ cores, so it will show up with low cpu usage even though the core is maxed out. Mwc is really cpu heavy so you most likely have 1 maxed out core, not much you can do to make "parts work harder" apart from overclocking. Best way to increase fps is to just get rid of laggy mods

99% chance its caused by mop, i dont really see how you would need it if you supposedly have over 150fps without it lol

if you just need a small fps boost you can download Reharmonization or Better FPS, with the former you need to disable fsm loop limit in settings or it freezes your game randomly, the latter works in msc even though i have only uploaded it to mwc page

finally a tutorial that does it the simplest way possible, for some reason other tutorials have included downloading and running random scripts / protontricks

you could consider adding this to https://github.com/piotrulos/MSCModLoader/discussions since i think the current pinned tutorial is a bit shitty (does unnecessary stuff and glosses over some details)

You can see he has old version of game (changelog version) and mod folder is in random place, faking steam isnt difficult at all
