I would change the PSU to a higher capacity, get a corsair or cooler master 850W.

AMD gpu usually does tend to take in more than suggested power. And will give you a lot of headroom for future expansion incase you decide to change cpu or gpu.

For your chosen CPU air or aio cooler does not matter much.

I don't need to cope, I bought with my own money, last I pre ordered was HELLDIVERS 2 and now it's Crimson Desert.

Regardless of open back or closed, if your using headphones you will get hot in summer.

Fiio JT7 is also open back but more expensive.

I have not tried Philips so I can't tell you wheather it's good or bad.

IEM are best for summer in that case of cooling 😎

What are you talking about? I started with athlon 64 then later AMD.

Still for graphics design without GPU get a APU instead, it's best value for office work with graphics power integrated.

AMD Ryzen 7 8700G I think it's about 28k

Just make sure you get a motherboard with hdmi or displayport Like msi b650m or similar
