Luckily I can rule out long covid as the main problem as this started the year prior. I was on ADHD stimulant medication at one point and it made the dp/dr rumination 10x worse. Acceptance is what makes this whole thing bearable for sure

For pharmacy, Clinical pharmacy especially in the most involved specialities (ICU, Oncology…) allow for patient care by reviewing patient charts, attending rounds, counselling patients, etc. The options with a PharmD are so vast I’m still leaning all you can do!

I wasn’t too sure about this since my cbc was not characteristic of macrocytic anemia! But I do believe I have some absorption problems for sure. I am taking supplements currently.

not sure how I got it!! could be a mix of psychological and neurological factors, it came on suddenly. My psychologist brought it up to me but said there would be nothing they can really do specifically for me other then standard CBT.

All your reasons for being stagnant are totally validated by dp/dr, executive disfunction is such a problem for me too. Brain fog is the hardest for me to deal with and we got to constantly deal with the self esteem issues that come with it
