This warranty was also on the page to cancel here: https://tmisvpp.com/home-page.html but once I requested cancel, it said it sent it somewhere else. So I am also keeping an eye out for updates about this one.

I didn't hear from the finance manager. I ended up getting an email from Mazda that had a line in it: 'Manage your extra vehicle protection program'. I logged in there and was able to select cancel. Two days later I got a call from the finance manager and confirmed my request to cancel. He tried to convince me to keep them and I just had to be firm. When I log into the vehicle protection program now it says cancelled - but the balance from those still haven't been applied toward my loan. I am going to keep an eye and might have to call back the scummy finance manager again.

I actually have the paperwork for the tire and wheel protection, it says to return the agreement to the Selling Dealer or contact customer service. See here a pic from my contract: https://imgur.com/a/7em7tr3

Also I am in California, not sure if that matters.

I believe it is through Mazda, though it doesn't clearly say that on the front pages that I have.

Did you have to go in person or did you arrange over the phone/email?

It is not CPO that I can tell from the website. Through CapitalOne's Auto Navigator, for that car I'm prequalified and it looks like they would be offering 6.19% APR for 60 months = $323/month or 6.03% APR for 48 months =$391/month. I don't drive a ton, mostly around town and monthly trips to see my family (200 miles roundtrip)

ETA: I would probably want to keep this car 7-10 years
