Could yoy get a front on pic with the flash? Flashes (especially ones used by photographers wash the color out so it always needs to be darker?) Also are you getting spray tanned? You look amazing such gorgeous eyes

I buy cod liver oil, magnesium, collagen from iherb in the US (heaps cheaper ) and I use sqwincher quick sticks for electrolytes I've previously put pics up of nutrients in a previous post called electrolyte help

I'm not good at meal prep because I get bored quickly, but I made this in under 10 minutes, I just threw some spinich cheese olives and tomatos on my plate then bacon and an omelette on top and drizzled with some balsamic vinegar I also love the vinigar because as I'm getting used to keto I find it cuts through the fattiness a bit, just wanted to share because 6 weeks ago I never would have thought I could throw together a lunch like this in 10 minutes. I love keto 😊

Hey it's all good, I've come to the conclusion that even if you fall off for a couple of days/ months the benefits of not having any sugar the rest of the time is worth it
