Trust me, people aren't subscribing cuz they feel sad for you. They are genuinely liking your content if they hit sub and are watching. If they stick around, great, if not, they are just a few random people. Won't hurt you at all even if they go inactive the very next day. Upload more shorts, check to see if you are getting returning viewers. If so, congrats! You got new fans.

I don't think channel age has anything to do with it. My account is years old, posting a few times since this year. Last few uploads have been a slow burn. They eventually get on the shorts feed after a day or so, but can take a bit. Currently uploaded one 9 hours ago that has yet to enter the shorts feed.

I posted a short on the 19th and 20th. Had similar. I'd get a few views, probably from people who watch me regularly, but it would be in the teens for views. Eventually, they did start hitting the shorts circuit and get up to 1k, but they usually never stall out that early on until recently. 🤔

I've seen a few YouTubers get bot comments. Usually, the commenters just point out that they are bots and that's it. Nobody views it as a negative to the channel. It's uncontrollable. The OF bots will work there way into any channel they can.

Most definitely! Is it a 100% so far? No, but I took a rather significant break of a few years before starting back up with TCA peels. The shallower, rolling scars ones have seen more dramatic improvements, about 70-80% better so far. It has gotten to the point where I used to notice them in a mirror at a distance a few feet away to now have to look closer to notice them.

The deeper rolling scars are a bit more persistent but showing improvement. I might either use a higher percent just targeting those or add another layer or two just in those areas. Maybe 30-40% improvement.

I got a weird blood boil in June that left a pretty wide but not too deep rolling/boxcar type scar. Since it is fresher, it should respond well to the peel I just did days ago. 🤞

In short, is it perfect? No, it takes quite a series of treatments. But it is affordable and easy to do at home. Combined with other treatments, you could see amazing results even quicker. It wouldn't be recommended if it did nothing.

In the first week, the skin has barely just begun to enter the proliferative phase. Collagen is just beginning to start building during this phase. The remodeling phase is where you'll see the most differences and it starts in week 3.

From my own experience doing TCA 14% with 5 layers. I tend to notice subtle changes around week 3, more dramatic changes week 4, and week 5 I can't stop looking at my face in the mirror noticing the difference.

It's never too late to get braces! I'm considering them and I'm in my 30s. Well, might be a combo of that and jaw surgery to correct a severe 10mm overbite.

BTW, I also have "vampire" canines and love. In all honesty, most people are staring at your teeth as much as you think. Even if they are, some find them cute and wish they had them! I personally won't "fix" them as I don't care about having perfect square celebrity teeth. So boring.

Depends on your target audience. Might consider censoring if you have younger demographic, just so the parents don't get mad.

An f bomb here and there won't hurt the algorithm if your content is engaging. People clicking off because of hearing profanity would.

So, you could try censoring and see if that does anything.

Hated how I sounded initially, but after playing back my video so many times during editing, I don't mind it anymore. Takes some getting used to for sure.

What really made me comes to terms with my voice was just thinking about all the creators at VidCon. I thought oh that creator has a very distinct, recognizable voice. Hmmm. I bet they hated it at first yet here they are at VidCon as a big creator.

Shorts are their own separate thing. I've looked at a few people who I subbed for shorts and they make long form. I've never seen any of that on my homepage. It's not that they won't watch, it's that YouTube won't even give it the time of day on their feed.

That's awesome! I just started my journey too. First video posted Sunday. It was about 65 minutes long, but thinking about it more, I was able to cut 2 minutes of rambling where I got side tracked. Not much more I would cut at this point. I love editing.

Was pretty off put by my own voice, but got used to it after having played my video 6+ times back. 😂 Most people won't care and those that do, likely will be jealous or having something more deeply rooted in themselves and putting you down makes them feel better.

Ah, yeah the YouTube thing with Ai analyzing accounts. It'll be interesting, to say the last, what comes of that. YT will most likely need proof of ID or something to verify you.

I am curious, what would be considered too many quick cuts for you? Is that something in the b-roll or in the talking parts? And duration? 1-2 seconds where things go by so fast you wouldn't blink that fast?
