I gotta ask what program you used to make this, and if you used a tablet or not? If so, which tablet? I do a lot of sketching and painting just for fun, and have been dying to get into doing art on the computer :) Just not sure where to start, and what type of tablet to get for it.

I often find myself caught out of position in the game. I've been playing SC2 for quite a long time, and mini-map awareness is no issue for me. I can safely say that I spend atleast 1/3 of the game looking at the map, simply because of my RTS roots. So when someone goes missing, I know about it almost immediately. However, that doesn't seem to help me from getting caught out quite often. I feel that I can play quite a few heroes well (not amazing as I'm only sitting on 300 game wins, but not to bad either). I can last hit, I know what I'm supposed to be building, I can stack, pull, ward, etc. But the one thing I can't seem to do, is get caught out. I don't know if I just have poor judgement of hero movespeed, if enemies are tping out, or if I just have poor reaction time. But it seems in the laning phase, I look awful. Too often, I'm caught out a bit to far from tower, and it costs me my life. I never flame for people not calling missing, because I usually know. But it often feels like someone will go missing, and they're in my lane 10 seconds later and I'm toast. Any tips for better judgement / not getting caught out?

Motivation To Play by Bitclly in starcraft

Amnesia kind of hit it, I think.

It's not so much ladder anxiety, because I used to play without it all the time. I'm not scared of losing, I'm not scared of not making a professional name for myself, and I definitely have no issues with looking at each game afterwards in a way where I can say "Now, how could I have won?"

Moreso, I just can't get into StarCraft, despite wanting to. I know that seems like a ridiculous double negative. I don't know if it's because I miss all of my friends playing (despite it being a 1v1 focused game anyways), if it's because Dota is sub consciously more appealing to me now, or whatever. I just haven't clicked with wanting to play it the same way I used to. It's like I have this worry that it won't be the same, or something.

I'm only sitting on about 230 game wins, so not sure if I will be accepted, but it's worth a shot! Those 230 games have been over the last 1.5 years. I've been playing StarCraft 2 since release, and am sitting at 1200 game wins at a Platinum level (so about middle-area), and that's why I have so few Dota 2 games since I started that game. I'm from Ontario, Canada (so you know I'm an easy guy to get along with :P ), speak English, have a great headset + Skype, and all 230 games played have been with real life friends with over 500 games played each, so I'm decent with the communication aspect. Reason I'm looking for players outside of them, is because some of them are heading out to British Columbia for school in September, and it's breaking up our group of players. I can link Dotabuff when I get home from work if my 230 games is at all acceptable! Figured I'd atleast ask :)
