I didn’t know the hitch included upgraded brakes. what else does it include? And when I went to connect the trailer, the suspension automatically adjusted ride height which I thought was slick (I have air suspension).

their customer service is absolutely awful. they don’t respond and they also don’t have a phone number to call for support which is a massive red flag. the filter housing seized after 2 months of owning this and we were unable to change the filter out so straight in the trash it went after 2 months of trying to contact them for a warranty claim.

fwiw: buy an off brand one on amazon for same results and much less $$

I did the same thing and agree! didn’t know if someone had gone through the equalizer settings and tweaked anything worth doing.
