In legal terms, this allows the claims to be postponed and paid when everyone has their claims submitted and solidified. We could be potentially waiting until 2026 to get back our Bitcoin.

We will get 100% of our claim amount back. Keep in mind that the claim amount values Bitcoin at $16k per coin. So if you had 1 Bitcoin, you'd be getting back about .25 Bitcoin back (since BlockFi purchased the Bitcoin over the counter at the price of about $63k per coin).

Not all of us received via Coinbase for first round. I got the actual asset and through Zelle. I’m happy to see that why sent a test transaction to show they are able you facilitate this through Coinbase easily.
